# Gateway Access

Access Logbook through the ProcessAlert Gateway web interface when you need historical data or are working from the office.

## Accessing Logbook in Gateway

1. Log in to ProcessAlert Gateway
2. Click **Logbook** in the main navigation
3. Browse or search for equipment

## Features Available

| Feature | Description |

| View Notes | All notes synced from SCADA |
| Search | Full-text search across all notes |
| Reports | Generate reports by date, equipment, author |
| Activities | View and manage activities |
| Equipment Tree | Full hierarchy browser |

## Viewing Notes

1. Navigate to equipment
2. Notes appear in chronological order
3. Click to expand and view details
4. View attachments (photos, documents)

## Creating Notes (If Enabled)

Some configurations allow note creation in Gateway:

1. Navigate to equipment
2. Click **Add Note**
3. Enter note details
4. Note will sync back to SCADA and Cloud
