# Reviewing Notes

## SCADA Environment

### Using Logbook Controls

As a supervisor, you can review all notes from the SCADA environment:

1. Access the **Logbook Summary** screen (if configured)
2. View notes across multiple equipment items
3. Filter by:
   - Date range
   - Note type
   - Author
   - Equipment area

### Using Logbook WebClient

The WebClient provides a comprehensive view for note review:

1. Navigate to `http://your-scada-server/logbook`
2. Log in with supervisor credentials
3. Access **Review** or **All Notes** section
4. Features available:
   - View all notes across equipment
   - Filter and search
   - Export to Excel/PDF
   - Add comments to notes

### Daily Review Process

Recommended daily review workflow:

1. **Morning review**: Check overnight notes
2. **Abnormal conditions**: Review active issues
3. **Shift handoff**: Review outgoing shift notes
4. **Follow-up**: Address items requiring action

## Gateway

The Gateway provides historical access and reporting for note review.

### Accessing Logbook Review

1. Log in to ProcessAlert Gateway
2. Navigate to **Logbook** > **Notes**
3. View all synced notes from SCADA and Cloud

### Advanced Filtering

| Filter | Purpose |
|--------|---------|
| Date Range | Specific time period |
| Equipment | Single or multiple items |
| Author | Specific user |
| Type | General, Maintenance, Abnormal |
| Contains | Text search |

### Note Review Actions

## Cloud

ProcessLogbook Cloud provides the most comprehensive review capabilities.

### Notes Dashboard

1. Log in to Cloud
2. **Dashboard** shows recent activity
3. Click **Notes** for full notes list
4. Supervisor view shows all user notes

### Review Queue

Notes requiring attention:

1. Navigate to **Notes** > **Review Queue**
2. Queue includes:
   - New abnormal conditions
   - Notes flagged for review
   - Notes from new users
3. Process each note:
   - Review content
   - Add feedback comment
   - Mark as reviewed

### Bulk Actions

Select multiple notes for bulk operations:
- Export selected
- Change status
- Assign follow-up
