User Management (Cloud)

Supervisors can manage users within their organization in Cloud.

Accessing User Management

  1. Log in to Cloud as Supervisor
  2. Navigate to Settings > Users
  3. View all users in your organization

Adding a New User

  1. Click Add User
  2. Enter user details:
    • Email address (used for login)
    • First and Last name
    • Role (Operator, Supervisor)
  3. Click Send Invitation
  4. User receives email to set password

User Roles

Role Capabilities
Operator Create notes/activities, view equipment
Supervisor All operator functions + user management, forms
Administrator All functions + system settings

Managing Existing Users

Action How To
Edit Click user name, modify details
Deactivate Toggle active status off
Reset Password Send password reset email
Change Role Select new role from dropdown

License Management

View license usage:

  1. Navigate to Settings > License
  2. View:
    • Total licenses
    • Used licenses
    • Available licenses
