ProcessLogbook Cloud includes AI-powered search for natural language queries.

Enabling AI Features

AI features must be enabled by a supervisor:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Organization
  2. Find AI Features section
  3. Review consent information
  4. Click Enable AI Features
  5. Accept the data processing agreement

Once enabled:

  1. Click AI Search in navigation
  2. Enter a natural language question:
    • "What maintenance was done on pump P-101 last month?"
    • "Show me all abnormal conditions this week"
    • "What tasks are overdue?"
  3. Click Search

Understanding Results

AI Search returns:

  • AI Answer: Summary response to your question
  • Sources: Relevant notes and activities
  • Relevance Score: How well each source matches

Specify time frames Ask about confidential info

Disabling AI Features

To disable AI:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Organization
  2. Find AI Features section
  3. Click Disable AI Features
  4. No new data will be processed
  5. Previously indexed data remains until purge requested
