Gateway Access

Access Logbook through the ProcessAlert Gateway web interface when you need historical data or are working from the office.

Accessing Logbook in Gateway

  1. Log in to ProcessAlert Gateway
  2. Click Logbook in the main navigation
  3. Browse or search for equipment

Features Available

Feature Description
View Notes All notes synced from SCADA
Search Full-text search across all notes
Reports Generate reports by date, equipment, author
Activities View and manage activities
Equipment Tree Full hierarchy browser

Viewing Notes

  1. Navigate to equipment
  2. Notes appear in chronological order
  3. Click to expand and view details
  4. View attachments (photos, documents)

Creating Notes (If Enabled)

Some configurations allow note creation in Gateway:

  1. Navigate to equipment
  2. Click Add Note
  3. Enter note details
  4. Note will sync back to SCADA and Cloud
